About
Alex’s Journey to the Grave is the story of a boy trapped by fate and a girl in dire need of a friend. Help guide them through some of the hardest decisions of their lives as they experience warmth, connection, tragedy, the inevitability of death… and the antics of a mysterious black cat.
Development Status
Currently still in development, but a 15,000 word or ~1.5 hour long demo is available to play now! (You can download it on either Steam or itch.io.) The full release is looking to weigh in at around 100,000 words or ~10 hours long—with 4 or more unique endings to play and unlock—and will be released in 2026.

Story
Two short coming of age stories about a pair of teens in their high school days, Alex’s Hope & Alex’s Solitude will take you through some of their toughest experiences and immerse you in their deepest emotions. Through how a boy with a critical lack of love found a reason to regain hope, and how a stubbornly good-hearted girl was forced to make a life-changing resolution.

Being rather short at only 7,400 words or ~30 minutes long, this project acted as a learning experience and proof of concept for us. It laid the foundation for us to take on our next game with vast improvements and confidence!
